He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) – (FCA) and with over 35 years of experience in accounting and assurance services. He brings to fore a plethora of experience, knowledge and expertise with proficiency and finesse. Through a professional career spanning more than three decades, he has led various prestigious assurance and advisory engagements for some large and marquee clients in the education, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, infrastructure, mineral industries and real estate sectors.
Mr. Sharda is a thinker and a scholar, well regarded for his diligence and his professional approach to work as well as his unassuming demeanor. He has always inspired to dream big and deliver. His vision and inspirational leadership has immensely helped clients belonging to diverse verticals and has taken them to new heights of success locally and nationally. He has completed Certificate Course of Valuation conducted by Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance Committee of ICAI (2010).
He is a prominent and very well respected figure in the Accountancy profession and also in the trade and industrial circles in India. The Government of India had appointed him as an independent director in public sector Banks and other enterprises.
